I was just on with chat for almost 2 hours. The rep was very slow in responding. I guess they were working with multiple customers. It was painfully slow.
My phone started dropping calls over a month ago and after a few seconds of making/receiving a phone call people cannot hear me. This only happens inside my home.
I purchased a newer phone from Samsung Galaxy s9 when it started happening thinking it was my phone. I upgraded to a Galaxy 20 5G and it still happens. Ouch! That was an expensive purchase for the issue to still happen.
Tried customer service chat through the app to only get really long wait times or disconnected.
Finally worked with a very slow rep on my computer through the chat only to hopefully have a ticket created to escalate the issue.
I can't use my cell phone in my home, which is also my office. Very frustrated!
I'm sorry to learn that you are having service issues inside your home, Customer45. We want to help you as much as possible and we want to make sure that we are on the same page. You mention that you worked with a representative on your computer via chat (https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/contactus/nonsigninlanding), and you indicate that the issue was hopefully escalated and a ticket submitted.
Were you informed during that interaction that a ticket was being submitted and the issue escalated? -Antonio
I know how important it is for your calls to stay clear on both ends of the call, and I want to help resolve this! When did you begin having trouble? Does this happen on every call for the entire call, or does the sound come and go?
