I received a replacement phone from Verizon for my defective Samsung S5. How do I use the transfer app when I only have 1 battery for my phone?
Put the battery in your old device when backing up all your information, and then in the new one when your downloading all the information to it that was backed up
use the usb for the one phone & battery in the other.
it's really easy, install samsung smart switch on both phones, with both on wi-fi transfer what you want.
