Dear Elector
I know you rsponded to my first inquiry, but I cannot find the response here. That shows how awful this site is, but is does not help me to know that. Your suggestion, to use the checkmark on visual voice mail on the web portal, did not work. There is no check mark. It took mw ten minutes to find the service area, so the VZW site may be so lame that it is too hard to use, but so far I am lost. I keep getting lost at the Verizon web site. I would have dumped Verizon years ago except that there are almost certainly no better alternatives. ATT and Verizon are both still MaBell with all its horrors. I will try the telephone method, although of all possible methods to fix something that is my least desired.
