I am having an issue and am not sure if it started happening after the Nuget update or not. when playing back recorded messages, they now pause every few seconds and I must hit the play button. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 and have not had a problem until recently.
That is not how we want your voice mail to work on your phone. We are here to help. Have you tested the voice mail out after closing all running apps on your phone?
We ask, because if there is a lack of free RAM at that time, apps could stop or stutter. Have you tried clearing the cache of the Voice Mail app? http://vz.to/2k1enma
