Samsung J3 phone not receiving any notification when a new voice is left on cellphone, this all occurred after last update. As of this dated 09/13/2019 no solution for tech support. Do anyone else have this problems?
I found this works for me easier then doing it online like some suggested.
The My Verizon app on your phone
Tap: The 'menu' in the top-left corner of your screen.
Tap 'Devices'.. Then Sign In
Tap: 'Manage device' below the phone line you want to manage.
Tap 'Controls'....Next to the Manage
Tap: 'Adjust service blocks'
Tap: 'BLOCK PREM VISUAL VOICEMAIL' so it's GREEN
Sign Out and then test it.
