i have a lingering issue for many months. verizon keeps stating we want to resolve this issue. sends me in circles with many reps. no resolution. send me links for private chats. links don't work. i inquire. no response. runaround from verizon. just like getting my issue resolved for months. no resolution, just a lot of words and poor customer service. trying to bury the issue and hoping that it goes away. verizon is by far the worst customer service for ALL cell service providers. i recommend sprint/t mobile or any other carrier without a "verizon" in it.
