Have had my galaxy s2 for 8 Months, all of a sudden messenger app not working. Can't send or receive any texts??

Let's take a look at this together. I'm sure we can get this figured out. We know not being able to send and receive messages is a major issue.Have you had a chance to power your phone off for a few minutes and back on? When you attempt to send a message, what happens?
