Spent a $1000 on a tablet that sporadically connects and disconnects to the network. 40 minutes waiting for customer service to answer, Edit $72 to my bill which is attached to nothing can't fix it. Transfer to a technical support because the tablet Walton connect to the network, Still no resolution on either issue, 2 hours on the phone and no help whatsoever. Going to return the tablet and switch carriers this is the most ridiculous thing ever.
Customer Service flat out terrible eggs. I've been holding for nearly one hour, having a few billing questions. It's unreal.
