Galaxy Book 2 keyboard is not working properly

Good morning!   I bought my Book 2 last year and love it.  I love the keyboard, however if I try to use any of the items such as screen bright, volume, or print screen they don't work.  I've tried everything including removing and reconnecting the keyboard.  Otherwise it works fine.   How do we get those keys to work?  The only ones that do anything are the F1 and F11 buttons, rest do nothing.  Thanks!

I'm sorry about your issues with the keyboard for your Galaxy Book 2 device ascottson. You have an awesome device and we want you to enjoy using it. Have you always experienced issues with the keyboard and those functions? Any damage to the keyboard? Here is a link below with settings for the keyboard.
