I just got a new Galaxy Tab s5e and the Verizon Folio case for it. I accidentally put it in the case before installing the SIM card and now I can't get it out of the case. The instructions say once you get two corners off the tablet will slide right out which seems obvious but I can't get two corners off! I can get one off but the others feel like they're cemented on. I've applied quite a bit of force and I'm actually afraid I'm going to damage the tablet before it comes out of this case. So how do I get it out?
I'm sorry that you are having difficulties removing the case from your device, Davel23. Based on your message you have the correct instructions as we have the same on our end. We do not have any different directions to remove it. I apologize for any inconvenience this information may cause you.
