I've had my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 since January 2015, the screen frequently freezes and I have to hit the start button to get going again. Anyone have advice?
rtcaldwell, we want to help you defrost that device. Have you downloaded applications to your tablet? Did you recently update the software on that phone?
