I haven't yet successfully resolved the "Downloading English (US) Update" bug on my A7 tablet, which was (relatively) easily accomplished on my Z4 phone. None of the suggested fixes found online have worked. Any ideas?

This is a known bug, with many solutions posted on the www. I have tried many variations (connecting to WiFi, deleting/reinstalling from play store), which have worked for my other Android devices. However, nothing has worked for the Samsung tablet.

We know how important it is to be able to enjoy your tablet! Does the download update interfere with using the device? Have you tried fully resetting your tablet by any chance? -Michelle
