On 9/27 my wife and I visited the TCC store, 4830 Hazle twp. PA, with the mistaken belief it was a Verizon store. During the purchase sales clerk Jonathan K offered gifts of a Galaxy watch and tablet. In reviewing the billing later it became apparent that we were paying for the GIFTED items. I visited the store yesterday , 10/8, in an attempt to return the unwanted items. The clerk Angeline declined to acknowledge receipt of the items and that there was a $75.00 restocking fee for each of the items. We perceive the claim of gifting to be deceptive business practices. We are anxious to return the items without a penalty. Had we been aware of the ruse at the time of the transaction we would have declined the entire purchase.
