I am getting this error message when attempting to start my messaging on my tablet. "This mobile number does have permission to send messages. Please contact the Account Owner for this number to change permissions."

Are you using the number of the tablet or your phone? Tablets cannot send text messages so the number cannot be used for text messages. You must use your phone number for the Message+ application.

Ok. so, will my number be the one shown as sending the text? or the number of the tablet?

It will be the cell phone number. The number on the tablet is not eligible to text, and you can't use that number.

cblind, let's gain permission! Is your tablet activated on a mobile number? If so, you can log into My Verizon for that line to verify if text messaging is blocked. Click http://vz.to/1nvKlnG
