can the droid moto and the samsung tab s3 be synced so that pictures taken with one device show on the other device?

I know you can sync the ipad and iPhone so that pics and information can be shared.  can you do this with the droid moto and the Samsung tab s3 tablet?

Upload the pictures to the Google Photos application.
