I hope I can save someone a lot of headache. After breaking my head for hours and hours over the issue of unable to activate the Watch on Verizon (do not know about other service providers), and investigating this with one frank tier 2 person on Verizon, I believe that the issue with the Galaxy Watch 4 is not a software one but hardware one. The LTE service on the watch is malfunctioning.
If anyone reads this and is on Verizon, I STRONGLY urge them not to buy the Watch 4. It is really not worth the headache and it will almost most likely not activate on the Verizon network,
If any Verizon people want to change my mind on this then they can PM me and I am happy to discuss.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN A SUFFERER OF THIS PHENOMENON, WHERE THE WATCH 4 DOES NOT ACTIVATE A MOBILE PLAN PLEASE REPLY ON THIS THREAD AND WE CAN COLLECT ALL USERS WHO HAVE THIS PROBLEM. These are expensive watches so I cannot afford to throw mine away.
