I have a Samsung GW4 that I would like to use as a standalone device. I mentioned numerous times to the sales rep that I did not want to to use number share for this device. I was assured by a sales rep and filled out an application, which required me to supply my SSN, that this model could be used as a standalone, only to be told five minutes later, it couldnt be used as a standalone device. I was told VZW only supported older versions of Samsung watches as standalone devices.
It seems other customers have issues with the newest model Samsung watch as well. When will VZW allow the GW4 to be used as a standalone?
