My option for Wi-Fi calling have disappeared off my phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy fold 3 I was with T-Mobile and had the option and used Wi-Fi calling when I switched over to Verizon's the options for Wi-Fi calling disappeared I called customer service and they said it was turned on but still there's no option to turn on Wi-Fi calling on my phone it's just gone can anyone help
