I was in the parking lot of Target 1106 N Columbia Center Blvd, Kennewick, WA 99336 with full bars and data would not work at all couldn't even do a Google search or open Verizon to report it. Had to wait until today when I was in a different location with working data to report it and unfortunately customer service is always closed when I get done for the day, so I'm putting it here.
