I went to an authorized Verizon store to get a new phone(Samsung galaxy z fold) and plan. I was to ld my the representative I would get a 800 credit for my iPhone 11 since they had a promotion. 4 months later got a 100 credit value which I was not expecting. I was giving no info as to why this was the case other than " we have giving a 26.66 credit for 4 months". What a blow to the head and gut. I deeply disappointed and sadded about the situation and hope verizon/Samsung will learn to not treat people like this and grow some goodness to their heart and mind in the future. Please be aware of their buisness ethics and practice.
