I received a text for a $650 Trade In and a $200 promotion and the the monthly credit for $200 is not showing up on my next statement.
Is there a Verizon Agent or Rep can look into this ?
If this is not resolved I will need to return new Samsung S21+ 5G phone
I already returned the device since I getting close to 30 day return.
Verizon should do a better in honoring their promotions that they offer by text and email to accounts.
