22 ultra drops connection unless on wifi when inside a building.

My samsung 22 Ultra drops connection when I enter a building. Zero bars. Constantly searching for service. I tried the trouble shooting option inside the Verizon app. The app directs me to disconnect the wifi (and turn it back on) but without wifi, I have no connection and the trouble shooting fails, defaulting to the main page. So that's worthless. I have seen the 22 ultras have a known problem with the antenna. And now iFix is no longer a repair provider for Samsung. So, other than upgrading to a new phone, how does this defective product get repaired?

@drand86, if you have a Samsung S22, it's a hardware issue. Get the flex antenna and charging port board replaced. The parts are cheap, so it's more what the repair shop wants for labor.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hello, Angry619. Thanks so much for this info and for all the effort to resolve this. Help is here. Just to confirm, this issue only exists when you are indoors? Does it work with no issue while outdoors? Any software updates?

I am having the same problems. If I'm not connected to wifi, my phone will not stay connected to the network.

Having your phone up and running is always important. When did this problem start? Is this affecting only your device?
