When I am anywhere other than in my house where I have wi-fi, my 3G is not working. I can receive phone calls and texts but cannot access the internet. Help?

I also have this problem. When I have 4g phone works fine. When it goes to 3g with 4 or 5 bars it says no mobile network available.

Wow! I'm very sorry to learn that you are having issues with your data connection on your device. We depend on our device connection 24/7. Let's get this resolved right away. Have you attempted to power off WIFI to see if your data connection is able to connect? Once this is completed, please verify the below listed settings.
