Did you activate it with a 5G SIM card or did you activate it by inserting the SIM card from a previous phone? -Antonio
We bought brand new phones from Verizon with 5G and the service is terrible. We're about to get our phones back. 5G seems to be a joke. We have both Android and IPhones. Wish somebody could help us before we change carriers.
