Trying to get my phone activated I was told it was done, but it's still not working, so I need to know what's going on. And I'm getting billed or it too.

We don't want you to keep having problems with your phone activation! What happens when you try to use the phone? Is it showing any type of service? What is the make and model fo the phone?

@vzw_customer_support I've heard of this happening before with eSIM-only phones. Sometimes even though the activation shows as being completed, for some reason it isn't and tech support has to manually push through the activation. Can you let the OP know the best number to call to get tech support?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
