For about the last 3-4 weeks, all (and I mean 100%) of my calls are going directly to voicemail. The only way I know that I got a call is if they leave a voicemail, I don't even get any notifications of missed calls if they don't leave a message (I have tested this with friends). Ideas (short of a complete hard reset of the phone?)

"Vibrate" means vibrate instead of ringing - it doesn't mean "do not alert me at all and send call directly to voicemail."

I'm sorry all of your calls are going straight to voicemail leo789. What phone do you have? How long have you experienced this issue? Any physical or water damage to your device?

Are there any issues with making calls? Its possible that do not disturb has been enabled somehow. Settings > Sounds and Vibrations > Do Not Disturb. I think we can rule out Silent Mode because the calls aren't showing up in your call history. You can also try rebooting in "safe mode" to see if 3rd party software is causing the issue. Just hold your power button like you were powering it off, then hold the"power off" prompt on the screen until you see the words "reboot to safe mode" appear, then release. When your phone powers up again, call yourself and if it goes through, there's an app causing the issue. You can also try resetting Network Settings. Settings > Backup and Reset > Network Settings Reset. This won't delete your personal content. I hope that helps.

While booting to safe booting to safe mode proved there is something causing this to happen, how can we determine exactly what app is causing the problem????

As a valued customer, your device and service concerns are our concerns too! We're sorry to that while troubleshooting and placing your device in safe mode, that calls to your mobile number are going straight to voicemail. That's certainly not the experience we want for you and we'll do everything we can to get this resolved. Being able to receive calls to your mobile number is very important and we apologize for your inconvenience. We've noted your reference to checking to see what app is causing this problem. Have there been any recent changes with your device? (e.g. software update, new apps downloaded, etc.) What's the make/model of your phone? Are your other services affected? (e.g. being able to make calls from your phone, texting, web browsing, etc.)- RobertC_VZW

I also have been having the same issue for 3 years. I have gotten a new SIM card, done a factory reset, I have even gotten a new phone. Hours and hours on the phone with customer service. It's the line, it is NOT my phone. I am so frustrated. I work from home half of the time and my cell is the only way for work to reach me. I have taken time off to fix it. The issue needs to be resolved. I have seen many many people that are dealing with the same issue. This is not ok!

I had a similar problem with my iphone 8 plus and ios 11.4. Apple has added a bunch of options for "Do Not Disturb" so that you can have do not disturb turned on and still get calls from people in your favorites list.
This is very cool but it is also confusing if you accidentally turn it on. You get calls from people on your favorites list (probably people who call you the most often) so you don't realize everyone else is going to voicemail.
The bottom line is the "Do Not Disturb" settings are flexible and useful, you just need to spend a few minutes setting them up in a way that works best for you.

Hi, I do not know if this will help anyone looking at the date of this thread but if you switched carriers and kept your same number like I did I entered the wrong password from my old carrier to port my number to Verizon. It caused ALL of my incoming calls to go straight to voicemail. After calling the Verizon port number (1-888-844-7095) and gave the correct password it fixed the issue by completing the cell number port over. Hope this helps someone because I had my Galaxy S10 for 3 days before it was fixed and caused chaos with my customers.

Yep. Mine too. I spend a ton of money on devices and service, just to not get my calls. 2 Verizon stores can't help me so far. Maybe time to go to ATT

Go with ATT at VER doesn't care about its customers. I've had the same problem and I have spent the last 60 days now and still nothing has been solved. I absolutely can't stand VER as they only care about you when you're not a customer. The moment you buy it seems that you will spend days on their customer service which I've spent months now. I even spend 7 hours on one call and nothing was solved.
