Can anyone let me know when the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (SM-G998U) will receive the Android OS 14 and One UI 6.0 update? It has been rolling out to European countries and the Verizon model is yet to get it, the USA. I am very tired of waiting, it is unbearable to be disappointed every day.

I know waiting for a software update can seem never-ending, SamsungS21UltraUser. While we don't have any specific details about when an update will be available, you can always check here to see when the latest update has been released for devices: https://www.verizon.com/support/software-updates/

Just please check in your resources or something. I've talked to countless Verizon agents on My Verizon and they say it will be released on 11/27, then 11/28, then 11/30. Like just pick one and stick with it, it is just getting very annoying. Tomorrow is December 1st and I surely hope I get the update very soon, I am disappointed every day seeing up-to-date instead of OS Upgrade, Android OS 14. The rollout began on 11/24/2023 starting with Switzerland and then on 11/28, a lot of European models got it, I feel neglected because of barely any good communication by Verizon since they control the updates and Samsung always asks me to contact my carrier (Verizon Wireless) for a release date, I don't want my hopes down anymore, and I don't know how long I'll have to wait for that update, I just wish there were better Verizon employees that can check in with Verizon's software department or find communication from Samsung about the update release dates. It is a shame that the older S Series like the S21 Series are being treated like this. They are still able to get Android updates until Android OS 15 and security updates until early 2026.
Please don't ignore this reply, I want some good feedback from you or any other Verizon employee in the community who can help me.
I am proud to be a customer of Verizon, which is since March 2018 but the wait for major updates like Android OS 14 can be unbearable.

We're terribly sorry for any issues this has caused you. Android updates are rolled out in partnership by the manufacturer and your carrier. Verizon does have certain requirements so that we can make sure that all the software updates and user interface work with Verizon systems, applications, and services that are build into the phone before we push an update through. So until all those requirements are met by the manufacturer, the software update will be pushed through. We don't have specifics to the exact dates, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I just hope you are willing to look in your resources and find a release date for Android OS 14. The Verizon S22, Fold/Flip 5, and A54 got Android OS 14 on November 21st. The Verizon S21 Ultra is yet to receive Android OS 14. It is unfair how a midrange device got it before an S Series device, the update rollout is a mess, I wish I can have further input from you or other employees in this community who can help out and find a solution to my question, and replies. My carrier is Verizon Wireless. Device model number SM-G998U

Please at least look in your resources or something and let this waiting period end. I'm tired of this disappointment. I like Verizon, I am not thinking about leaving Verizon but feedback about software updates are just not good, I wish I can have a date for Android OS 14. The carriers usually have the release dates, which Samsung asks me everytime. All this countless contacting of Verizon agents on My Verizon seems hopeless, false hopes. I hope you don't disappointment me on anything.

Not in my case, I have a galaxy s23 ultra and when looking for the update, it keeps showing that I'm on the latest version and that includes the OCTOBER 1st security patch.
I'm very disappointed with Verizon, so much so that I'm likely to switch to other carrier.
