last night they update my phone and some features no longer work such as always on display. When I called support the phone no longer sends touch tones and they hang up. Very annoying.
Lostcub, having the latest software is essential for the phone. With any update feature can be changed it is indeed not meant to be a hindrance or an annoyance. We certainly can take a look to see if any of these features can be changed. What make and model phone do you have?
Alyways on? You mean the main display? Why would you want that on 24/7 Drain your battery. Or you mean the lock screen? As far a touch tones. Go to the dialer and check settings-sounds-advanced scroll down to Other sounds and vibrations
After an update, sometimes you need to go through the settings and reset them to your preferences to verify they are turned on properly.
