I have an S9. Applied Pie update this morning and immediately noticed that "swipe to type" had been turned off.
Go:
Settings
General Management
Language and input
On-screen keyboard
Select your keyboard
Smart typing
Keyboard swipe controls
Select "Swipe to type"
Updates are always meant to bring improvements. I am so sorry to hear that this was turned off and we are here to help. Being able to make Are you able to turn it on? Are other, other functions turned off?
