There is an problem with Bixby. If you don't use Bixby go to apps uninstall Bixby framework then restart phone. You should be fine after that.
Theolddog, we certainly understand wanting the application to work on your phone. I am sorry to learn that it is not working. Has it ever worked? If it has, when did you notice that it stopped working? Have you reviewed the comments under the ratings in the Play Store to see if others are experiencing the same issue?
