Hi,
So I bought a bunch of J3 phones from a business and am trying to get them prepped for resale. Unlocking them increases their value, but it seems pretty much impossible to find a way on the website to get that done. The phone number on the screen just gives you options to sign up for service. And the only mention on the website is that phones with more than 60 days of service are automatically unlocked. This doesn't seem to be the case here.
Can anyone help? I have like 90 phones and would even consider a pay service if its only a dollar or 2 each.

mattcintosh Thank you for sharing those details with us. You are correct, the devices are unlocked after 60 days of active service with Verizon. Additionally, there are other factors that could impact a device not being able to be used (i.e. reported lost/stolen). The link below can share some additional details about our device unlocking policy. If anything additional needs to be address for a specific device, only the owner of the device where the device was active can make changes and they would need to contact us.
