I recent purchased a Samsung Flip6 and am trying to get it set up. Apple music is part of my plan, but is not activating through my phone. It says I need to login into my Verizon account to activate the subscription. But the Verizon website is showing "not compatible." Considering it is part of my plan and I have the apple music app, this makes no sense. How can this be resolved?
