Is anyone else having this trouble too? My message log barely works too. It`s so behind on message log and call log. Basically both has stopped. The call log has completely stopped on Feb.21.2024. I even called Verizon yesterday Feb.22,2024 and they said that the tech team is working on it.

We’ve identified an issue where customers are unable to view their usage details through My Verizon. Our teams are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, customers may have the ability to track data usage on their devices.
Google: Settings>>Network & Internet>>SIMs>>App data usage
Samsung: Settings>>Connections>>Data Usage>>Mobile data usage
Apple: Settings>>Cellular>>Scroll down to Apps and view usage by App.
Please note that the data usage you see on your device might not align with your billing cycle. However, you can reset your usage statistics now to start tracking from this point on.
Call history for each mobile line on the account will also be printed on the monthly billing statement.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Same!!! So glad it’s not me thinking something is wrong in my head. I think it’s behind today when I checked it showed all of 2.21 and like 2-3 calls from 2.22. Frustrating!

It is. It’s still behind. It’s only showing Feb. 22 but not all of the message and call logs. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried the Verizon app and the website and it’s still not showing anything.

What recent changes have you made? How are you attempting to access the call history (My Verizon app or website)? Aside from this particular problem any other issues?

the only change i have made was to verify my email address on the app and when i did it said it had already been verified.

Hello, blondiixxx. Help is here as having access to the usage details is a must! We discovered there was an issue with the usage results via the My Verizon online account, but an update was made yesterday, 4/18/24, to fix the issue. Please let us know if you are still having issues with viewing your usage.

Call log has stopped again as of May 31,2024 at 9:00am Central time

Mine stopped working as well on May 31st. I have no idea why. I’m not 13 days out from my billing cycle. Let me know if you find a solution.

my iPhone app shows last call 31 May 24. Same on computer login to Verizon.

dogs278, I want to make sure that you're able to view your call logs without any issues. Are you logging in as an account manager/owner? Is this issue only with the call log or are you unable to see other information like your message log?

Same happened to me on Aug 22...came back until 2 days ago. Started missing calls and today all call logs and message logs are missing. I called in to technical support. They couldn't see a problem but turned in a ticket.
