Hey. i just spent $150.00 on a deductible for Asurion replacement of a Samsung S7 Edge. This thing is worse then my 3 year old Phone. with a cracked screen.
The Battery Drains Over 10 Percencent in 20 Minutes. ive adjusted the setting to mid power saving.
Navigation with the touch screen is sloppy at Best. This is a used or regurbished phone.
the case MAY BE new but this Frankenstein phone is TRASH.
Ive been with Verizon Since 2013. Ive Paid insurance and this Phone 3 years Next Month. Ive never Maid any claim Before.
Your Store Technician Directed Me to Asurion. When I have Purchased phones in store I was assured I could have cellphones repaired at multiple locations. Now ni store will service repairs
How will i get a refund from Asurion?
And Get A WORKING CELLPHONE FROM VERIZON.
ADDITIONALLY. A TECH WAS SUPPOSED TO SET THIS UP.
Instead rhe phone arrives via ups. In a poorly packed box. easily damaging the intem. no bubble rap. in a second hand fashion without a verizoj or Samsung packaging. Implying this is a refurbished product.
The instructions ate inadequate. Resulting in having to make phone calls to Verizon via a land line as the phone did not work. 20 minute hold time. Audio prompts constantly telling me to use an app or go online.
I NEED A WORKING PHONE. AND A RESOLUTION

You are paying Asurion for insurance.
Asurion is not Verizon. Asurion sent you the lousy phone, and they are the ones who have to replace it.
Personally, I find Mobile insurance is a bad financial option. I have 'self insured' by putting money aside. The $500 you paid Asurion would be better spent on a new phone.
