So my device has recently had a large black spot in the screen appear. It doesn't seem to affect the touch ability, but it's annoying lol. Screen and phone condition are good with no damage (thanks Otterbox}. I have insurance on it and am contemplating filing a claim as the thought of a new phone after seeing the price is horrifying given the current of affairs. The battery still holds a good charge and memory space is ok. Just a big dead blob in the screen. Does anybody know if Asurion is replacing this level device with the same, or due to age should I expect a flip phone lol.
