This company is activley scaming us for device protection. not only have they increased the price but they removed a 1/3 of the services that they provide.  i tryed to make an appointmnet and far from the advertised 2 hours, the option they gave me was going to be about three days from drop off to get a screen replaced. Which they further pushed back by putting me on an endless hold claiming that a superviser would be " right with me." but 2 hours later and no reply. Next after another terrible customer service phone call i was told that a licened agent would be with me in less than 24 hours. 29 hours later i made another call that ended in me paying 100 extra dollars for my $0 doller screen repair that my plan was supposed to clearly cover. 

I am launching a formal  complaint with the BBB, i had been paying for device protection for 2 years and have payed about $1400 for a protection plan that supposed to give 0 deductable for same day cracked screen replacement, and for 2 weeks i tried to get is fixed. i tried 3 local locations and  all of them were just as useless, saying that i can just leave my phone and they will let me know when i got fixed in the next few days. not what i am paying for. called back and was put on an edless hold agin.  as soon as i gave up and said that i would pay there black mail price all the problems went away and the new device is on its way.  So dont expect much unless you are willing to get LITERALY forced to pay extra for something ive paid thousands off dollers for already
