Why, oh why, oh why, has Verizon not fixed the group messaging issue on Androids? Whenever I get a bunch of group texts, they stop coming through, and I can't send. It's so infuriating. And every time I try to ask Verizon, I get some autobot answer asking the same questions over and over again. I've attached an image of the messages loading . . . and loading . . . Here's the deets:

1) Galaxy S8

2) happens whether I'm using wifi or data

3) happens no matter what text messaging app I used (tried Textra, Samsung app, and Verizon app)gqbQsWT- (1).jpg

We apologize for the unhelpful bot answers, and want to help you here. Group messages are very important and we want to make sure we resolve this for you. When did this start (always, since a software update, etc)? Just so we don't duplicate, what kind of troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I have always had this issue with Verizon and Android phones. Previously I had an LG G3, now a Galaxy S8. There's really been no actual trouble shooting, just the same five questions over and over again.

wgolden, we definitely don't want to keep asking the same questions as this is not an effective way of resolve your issue and your time is important. Is the issue from messages from contacts that you are receiving on Android, Apple devices or both? Does this issue happen with only images or all messages from your contacts? Does this issue happen just in one location or anywhere you use your device?
