At my wits end with order phone

I'm ready to throw in the towel with Verizon because of this horrible experience with just trying to order an upgrade. Ordered S21 5G on 9/24/21 and it won't ship now until 11/23/21 due to unexplainable system issues per customer service with the processing of orders. Someone make it make sense!

That is a great question, and we would need to take a deeper look. The most common reason is if a phone is out of stock that would cause it to be delayed to ship out. This can be different depending on each model/make and storage size of a device. If the phone is not out of stock that would definitely be strange. Can you provide us with the exact version you wanted, Make/Model, storage and color? *Gert
