Under Settings, Privacy, Mobile backup and restore....If you check Back up my data, and Automatic Restore where is the data backed up to and how do I access it. It should be obvious to me but for some reason, my brain isn't computing this morning. Thanks for your help.
Hi.
On Android devices, when you [Backup and Restore], all of your data will be backed up on your GMail account. Therefore, when you log in to your device again, and enter your GMail e-mail account, your information and applications will be restored.
I hope this information is helpful.
Thank you,
As far as backing up your SD card which contains photos, videos, documents, and any other thing you store there, drop and drag to your computer is the best way.
Connect your phone via USB to your computer. Follow the USB prompts to mount the drive and at this time your computer will assign the SD card a drive letter. Open it and you should see every file on the card. Now you can copy all then drag the files to the computer.
