Backup Assistant Issues

I just switched from the Ally to the Fascinate. I can't access all of my contacts from backup assistant. Every time, it says "Sync service failed." I KNOW I backed up all of my contacts off of my ally, backup assistant ran every night at like 1 in the morning so I know they're still there.
Online, only my mom's contacts from her Galaxy SIII are showing up. Help me, please?

Turn off wi fi it only runs on vzw data stream

You also need to sign into your line's MyVerizon account and not your mom's account to see your contacts in Backup Assistant.
