Me and my family has been long time customers of bluegrass cellular before Verizon bought out bluegrass. We have the Samsung fold and the flip, had so many problems and we can't even get a different phone without paying them off, had to have insurance replace both them twice now and we still having issues with these phone, they ain't no count at all.
