The battery on the phone does not get charged more than 70% and it dies within 6 hours even I don't use the phone.
Do you have any other Note 4's that you could try swapping batteries with to see if the problem is with the phone itself or the battery? It's most likely the latter with those kind of symptoms.
Yes, I have another phone. I'll change the battery and see if I have the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We certainly do not want to see that you are having these issues. Since the Note 4 has a removable battery, I would try the battery in another like device. This way you can see if it is just the battery having these issues or the device. It certainly sounds like you need a new battery. Better safe then sorry.
