Help! I upgrade my phone but ended up changing my mind and return the new device and am being charge for it my tracking number shows it was received at the facility and now they are charging me for the trade in I have talked to 5 different representative and they all say the same “we will take care of or we have fixed it” but still being charge every month!! This is not okay!!! I pay my bill every month and love Verizon but I had never had this problem before with other companies.
