Anyone have the same ussue? It's so hard to communicate and you need to explained same issue 100 times with different agents who don't understand you. I've been trying to resolve this issue since Nov7 I've gone to the store and noone seems to know what to do. They keep going back and forth . My bill was going to be $166.0[ then went up to $199.9] then $297.]9 now I got invoice for OCT to Nov for $394.0[ approximately. Remember, I just joined November. This is ridiculous. Last agent today "Irvin" said " hey can't do majic" when asked when can I speak to a supervisor. People, before switching. Ask for receipt NOT email.. they have a commitment for 3 years!! Which they do not disclose. That happened to me. I think that the reason why they do not resolve my issue is because they want time to pass so that I can be stuck with their horrible service.
