The bill credits can take 1 to 2 billing cycles after purchase to kick in and appear on the bill. If the phone was advertised as free, you will be charged for the phone installments and see a bill credit for the same amount on the bill.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I hope you are right but when I called support they said no deal like that existed. I get $350 off phone price (Get that in installments). pay $400 for phone. I wish I talk to somebody at Verizon that could tell me the same excuse two calls in a row.

pinkelman1, making sure that you receive all applicable promotions is an absolute must. On Black Friday, I do see that we had a promotion for the Galaxy S10e Cardinal Red for $350.00 off. We want to make sure that we clear up all of your concerns. Could you please tell us a bit more about where you saw the ad? To confirm, when was the order placed, 11/28 or 11/29?

Ok, so I waited another month to see if I was going to get the Black Friday deal....."free Galaxy s10e in cardinal red" when I switch from my old carrier to verizon and again the full credit is not on the bill. My daughter saw the add first so I don't where she saw it. We went to My Verizon site and saw the same add. I placed the order on Black Friday 11/29/19.

We want to ensure that you're getting the promotional benefits you signed up for! We did offer a promotion for $350 off the cost of a Samsung Galaxy s10e Cardinal Red. Is this the promotion that you were referring to? I

No I signed up for the promotion in the ads that I posted. I was given the option of a $400 gift card instead of the watch so I thought I was going to get a free phone and a gift card. I switched carriers and What Iโm getting is $350 off the phone. I did this on Black Friday.

I had this same issue. Was told to wait a couple months for the billing credits to straighten out so hadn't paid much attention yet, but am still being charged for 1/2 the cost of the phone. Would have kept my old phone if it wasn't really going to be free.

We are concerned to hear that you are having issues with getting your billing credits settled. This is definitely not the experience that we want for you to have, and we will be glad to look into the issue to help you get this corrected. To confirm, for how long have you had your devices?DavidR_VZW
