I keep getting a runaround from Verizon Customer Service and their Rebate Center.

I bought a qualifying phone, ported over a number, paying the phone in installments over 24 months as well as everything else that makes me eligible for this gift card yet it keeps getting denied. I'm tired of calling about it. For one, verizon should be able to look at the system and tell but they keep asking me all those questions and at the end of it deny it. 

I need someone to really look into this and process my gift card correctly. You cannot promote something then make it so much of a hassle to make due on your promise.
