Hello there. I have tried many times to request this phone removed ffrom you blacklist and failed. I live outside the USA and was sold this phone by a US resident. I put my sim in (a foreign one) it worked well so I paid him. After about 15 mins it dropped signal. I do not have much money and saved up alot to get this phone. Please help me resolve this issue even if it costs something small which I can affard. Thanks in advance.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. Although we would love to help you, we do not have access to remove a device from the blacklist. We can only access accounts when the customer who purchased the device with Verizon contacts us, so we can check if there is an outstanding balance and provide options to settle. However, if it is a device reported as stolen or damaged, it cannot be removed. We suggest you check with the seller, if he is still a Verizon customer you can call 1-800-922-0204. I hope this information is useful. You can review our policy at the following link.\verizon.com/support/device-locking-faqs/

Is there a way for me to send the IMEI number for you and you report this device has been found to the customer? I am willing to see if they wll let me pay off for it or even send it back to them because it is of no use to me.
