Blacklisted phone

Help, I bought a phone used, seller showed me it worked, now when I try to use it, I'm told it is blacklisted. PLEASE HELP

Good morning. We recommend trying to return the device if possible. Removing a device from the blacklist can be very difficult and usually requires the help of the original purchaser.
