I find this entirely unacceptable that these two items are missing from Verizon's version of the s4. Why in the world would they be removed yet we are innundated with useless apps that we cannot remove from our phone? I am ticked off about this and hope that these are something that will be added in an update in the near future. I am considering returning this phone and leaving Verizon alltogether because I am so sick of this crap from them. Can a Verizon employee please explain why these were not included and why Verizon feels the need to choose which apps are on my phone?
I agree and am doing just that! Returning this phone & going to a carrier that CARES about it's customers.
