I am on a Galaxy S4 16gb with Android 4.2.2. I have a Blackberry HS-700 handsfree device that pairs and connects with the phone. The problem is that every time I receive a call the device is disconnected from the phone. Previous to this I had a Plantronics Voyager that did the same thing. I have tried disabling S-Voice, disabling Media connection, removing battery and running the app Bluetooth Auto Connect with no success. Is there a solution to this problem?

To update, I did a hard reset of the phone yesterday and bluetooth connectivity was restored. Fingers crossed it continues to work.

Further update. The bluetooth is back to disconnecting when calls are received. It takes about 30 seconds for reconnection to occur.

@Doki60,
Let's keep you connected to the world and your S4! It sounds like it may be the bluetooth accessory thats running into issues since this has happened with multiple devices. Have you tested with another bluetooth source such as a car bluetooth ( if possible)? Once you reconnect the bluetooth does it stay connected? Any information would be helpful.

I've had the same problem with another Bluetooth accessory. That was a Plantronics Voyager. Disconnection occurs the moment a call is answered or sent.
